Reacting further today, Rufai Oseni said that he has never seen a winner who is so afraid, adding that winners are always bold and happy.
In his words, he said:
“Never seen a winner so afraid in my life. Winners are always bold and happy.”
Some people have since doubted if Tinubu truly has the necessary certificates and this has led to mixed reactions.
