Health professionals recommend a minimum of eight hours of sleep per night to maintain optimum health.

2. YOUR EYES CAN BE ENDANGERED.

If you spend too much time on your phone at night, you run the risk of damaging your vision. Most smartphones currently emit blue light, which is potentially harmful if stared at for an extended period of time. There is a risk of dry eyes and blurred vision as a result.
