here are the health benefits regular sex can have on the body.

Intercourse may boost your immune system

Regular moderate exercise boosts immune function, which helps prevent all manner of illness. At Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., researchers surveyed 112 subjects about their s*xual frequency. They then analyzed their saliva for infection-fighting immunoglobulin A (IgA). Compared with the other groups, those who had s*x once or twice a week showed significantly higher IgA levels. Moderately frequent s*x enhances immune function, and may help prevent illnesses such as the common cold.

Delayed menopause

Research involving nearly 3,000 women between the ages of 42 and 52 found that those who had intercourse weekly were 28% less likely to experience menopause during the study compared to those who had s*x less than monthly. The researchers speculate that the physical cues of s*x may signal to the body that pregnancy is possible, so menopause is delayed a while longer.

Lowers blood pressure

Regular intercourse can also lower blood pressure, especially for women. Women between 57 and 85 years who took part in a recent study were less likely to have hypertension. Not only does High Blood Pressure increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, but it also can lead to erectile dysfunction and lower libido.

Reduction of prostate cancer risk

A study published in December 2016 in the journal European Urology found that men who who ejaculate more than 21 times per month, compared with those who do so four to seven times times per month, were 20 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer. While more research is needed to confirm this link, it appears that men who ejaculate regularly may reduce their risk of prostate cancer.…..CONTINUE READING
