“God forbid, it is impossible that Binani becomes the governor of Adamawa state have” been sure that she was not qualified, not having the character and she did not get the vote. During the first election, initially, the gubernatorial election, take note that I am not PDP or APC, the PDP got 421,525 and APC got 380,275, which means the PDP was leading with 31,000 votes at that stage.
“Now after the collation of votes from about 20 local governments out of 21 in Adamawa, the remaining one local government, Fufore and that was where the problem started. They started doctoring the results after the collation of the results at the local government collation centre, they stole the result after the collation of the result at the local government collation centre

Asked if INEC could redeem its image out of the cesspit of irregularities, he averred that the electoral body threw its consciousness to the wind during the last elections, adding that it could be Herculean task to gain back public trust.
“Well, I don’t know whether INEC still has an image to be redeemed, no matter how small, because it beats the imagination of any sensible human being what INEC has done. They have completely surrendered, grounded, lost consciousness and the sense of normal decorum; they have thrown due process of law and order out of the door.
“I don’t know what INEC will do to redeem this image, I am sorry to say that I was among those years that INEC should be trusted but in this election season, they have chosen to throw all consciousness to the wind. This is completely disgraceful as if they have chosen to be enemies of the country, throw the country into anarchy or civil war by the manner they have done their duties,” he said…..CONTINUE READING
