When Ogbebor contacted the Access Bank customer support center, she was informed that the money was hanging due to the merger between Access and Diamond banks. After much frustration, Access Bank’s public relations officer, Abdul Imoyo, assured FIJ that the issue would be investigated.
Finally, on Monday, April 17, Ogbebor confirmed that her account was credited with the N600,000 at noon.
