Counsel to PDP, Chris Uche, SAN, informed the court that they have prepared a schedule of documents to prove their case, including Form EC8A downloaded from INEC result viewing portal, IREV, from various local government areas in four states.
The APC, Tinubu and INEC counsels objected to the documents related to five LGAs in Kogi state, but the chairman of the Presidential Election Petition Court, Justice Haruna Tsamani, accepted and admitted all of them as evidence.
