BREAKING: Tribunal Rubbishes Peter Obi’s Witnesses Against Tinubu

reports that the Tribunal took a significant step in the ongoing petition contesting President Bola Tinubu’s election by dismissing the testimonies of 10 out of 13 witnesses presented by the Labour Party (LP).
These witnesses, a mix of those subpoenaed and professional witnesses, faced a harsh verdict from the PEPT, which deemed them “incompetent” and their testimonies “worthless.”
Justice Tsammani, presiding over the case, made a decisive declaration regarding witnesses 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13, who had been subpoenaed by the LP. The judge ruled that these individuals were not considered witnesses of the court due to procedural irregularities. He pointed out that their witness statements had been filed out of the designated timeframe, further diminishing their relevance in the case.
This development marks a significant setback for the LP’s efforts in challenging the election results, as a substantial portion of their witnesses have been discredited by the tribunal….CONTINUE READING
