The 12 seconds video shows how elated the South Koreans were after they defeated the Flying Eagles who had earlier defeated host Argentina in the round of 16.

An extra-time goal by Choi Captain Lee Seung-won condemned Nigeria to a 1-0 defeat.

The game was dominated by Nigeria as the South Koreans failed to register any shot until stoppage time in the first half.

Nigeria attempted seven shots and handily won the possession battle, with Victor Eletu and Salim Lawal knocking on the South Korean door in the opening 45 minutes.

The goal was South Korea’s first shot on target in the match.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro hailed the team despite their defeat.

“Heads up, Flying Eagles!” Peseiro wrote on Twitter.
