Key Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Load and unload goods, monitor vehicle conditions, and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections while communicating with central dispatch.
- Keep accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, fuel consumption, and distances traveled.
- Safely transport hazardous materials and ensure cargo is securely tarped when necessary.
