It would be recalled that Mr Peter Obi is challenging INEC for declaring Asiwaju Tinubu winner of the poll despite failing to win 25 percent votes of the federal capital territory.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with Plus TV, Prof Wokocha said all votes are equal. According to him, the constitution does not make any territory superior than other in terms of votes.
Hear him “Under 1991 constitution, Abuja come into existence as a territory. And that provision means to gather the vote of Abuja at least two third of the territories of Nigeria that is to be won.
I see no reason for the opinions that has been canvassed. First, democracy is a leveler. Democracy does not permit an unequal vote. All votes are equal. All territories are equal.
