According to Osuntokun, INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, has not yet explained how the House of Reps and Senatorial election results were successfully uploaded to the Integrated Results and Election Viewing (IReV) platform, while the Presidential election suffered glitches in result transmission. He claimed that the glitch was a man-made problem created by INEC to give room for manipulation of figures.

Osuntokun alleged that the BVAS saved Governor Adeleke in Osun state during the election, as it prevented overvoting by fiddling with figures. He argued that with BVAS, it was impossible to add figures over and above the registered voters at the polling units. Osuntokun called on Professor Mahmood Yakubu to explain the failure of the IReV and the alleged sabotage of the BVAS by INEC during the Presidential election.
