The opposition parties claim that Tinubu did not fulfill the requirements for being declared the election’s winner.

Asiwaju Tinubu will break the Nigerian constitution if he is sworn in without meeting the requirements, according to Tony Nnadi, co-convener of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS).

Nnadi claimed that breaking the law would encourage others to do the same in an exclusive interview with Radolf Okonkwo.
