Twenty-three (23) luxury supercars seized from Turkish-Australian drug lord, Joseph Hakan Ayik, have joined Turkey Police fleet nearly a month after the agency laid their hands on the rides.
44 year old Ayik, who became known as ‘the Facebook gangster’ in 2010 after showing off his lifestyle in social media, was arrested on November 1, 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey.

According to Turkish Interior Minister, Ali Yerlikaya, the seized cars were handed over Turkish police following a successful operations by the agency.
“As a result of successful operations conducted by our Istanbul Police Department against organized criminal organizations, 23 vehicles were seized.
“These vehicles were handed over to our security after the court decided. From now on, these vehicles will be at the service of our Nation, not of criminal organizations!”
A video posted to X (formerly Twitter) by Ali Yerlikaya shows the multi-million dollar fleet, including a Ferrari 488, Audi RS6, Bentley Continental GT and a Ferrari F8 – all of which are now kitted for police duties.
The new Turkish police patrol vehicles also includes cars like the Porsche Taycan and a Volkswagen Golf R as well as luxury SUVs like the Volvo XC90, Range Rover Sport and the Mercedes-Benz GLS.
