1. Chest pain.

Some people think only intense chest pain indicates heart attack, having mild chest pain is also a precursor to heart attack. When you begin to feel mild chest pain, pressure, squeezing or fullness of the centre of your heart for a few minutes, you should stop exercising immediately

It is normal for the heart to beat faster while exercising, however if you suddenly feel your heartbeat skipping, palpitating or thumbing,it could indicate heart related problems. You should stop exercising immediately

5. Sweating usually.

Although sweating during exercise is normal, nausea and breaking into a cold sweat are warning signs of a possible problem. Stop exercising immediately.
