In her letter, Adichie claimed that there were anomalies in the 2023 presidential elections and criticized the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for not abiding by the guidelines set forth by its organization.
The author informed Biden that congratulating Bola Tinubu on being named as the next president undermines America’s alleged commitment to democratic processes.
Many social media users have lauded the novelist for having the courage to criticize the US president and the UK Prime Minister to that extent.
