According to SaharaReporters, this confirms its reports that the President-elect was undergoing medical treatment abroad.
A PICC line is a medical device used to deliver medications and other treatments directly to the large central veins near the heart.

Research has it that doctors might recommend a PICC line if a treatment plan requires frequent needle sticks for medicine or blood draws.
An investigative journalist, PidomNigeria, first noticed the medical device on Tinubu’s arm, leaving Nigerians agog.
Hours later, some Nigerians noticed Mr Tinubu’s distended stomach.
Research also says a distended abdomen is abnormally swollen outward. It can be due to bloating from gas, or it can be due to accumulated fluid, tissue, or digestive contents.
On Tinubu’s part, one can see and measure the difference.
As reactions trail, Chief Ikukuwoma, a socio-political commentator, said: “He is looking so bloated, since when did he Amoda Tinubu have big tummy?”
The President- elect, who arrived Nigeria on Monday, April 24th, was received by a crowd of jubilant supporters following a one- month stay in France.
