Mr Chris Uche made this disclosure when he was being interviewed by journalists shortly after yesterday’s court proceedings, noting that the innovative is to ensure transparency during elections.

He said: “Even as you saw in the video played in court by the chairman of INEC himself, it affects the transparency, that innovative is to ensure transparency.”

Speaking about the Senator Dino Melaye who testified before the the court, he described him as a very experienced person and a legislature who played a vital role in the legislation, which is the subject matter in the case.

In addition, Chris Uche made it clear that they gave evidence regarding the new electoral law, most especially in the area of electronic transmission of the results, which he said is the bone of contention.

It should be recalled that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, are presently in court, challenging the outcome of the February 25 Presidential election, which produced APC’s Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner.
