He wrote; ” Before any hospital, registry, or government office puts a man’s name on a birth certificate, a DNA test should be done. DNA tests are not that expensive. They cost about as much as a #COVID19 test. It will save families future stress to all concerned, father, mother and child. And once DNA testing before birth certificate becomes a law in society and every mother knows that it will be done, it will promote marital fidelity, because every woman will know she will be found out if she tries to pass off another man’s child as her husband’s child.”
