(TNG) reports the appointment is contained in a circular dated January 22 2024 and signed by the Head of Service, Reginald Bayoko.
“Effective immediately, His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State has approved the posting of Udi, Victor as Permanent Secretary to oversee Government House affairs, in the Directorate of the Directorate of Government House and Protocol,” the circular reads.
