According to a report from Vanguard, a houseboy identified as Emmanuel Akpan has confessed why he killed his madam, Mrs Febisola Adedayo who he worked with for 3 years.

Akpan reportedly hacked his madam to death with a cutlass while she was fast asleep at her house located at lfokanbale street, Ondo town, Ondo state. Until her Untimely death, Mrs Febisola Adedayo was a food canteen operator.

Confessing why he killed his madam, Akpan revealed that his town mate , Goodness Ekpe gave him an information that his madam was keeping a huge sum of money in the house.

Out of greed Akpan hacked his boss to death with a cutlass while she was fast asleep. Unfortunately for both men they could only find the sum of N3,500 in the apartment after killing Mrs Febisola Adedayo.

After commiting the evil act, Akpan and Goodness went into hiding but were later arrested by police detectives at a village in Ogun state.

“It was the devil who pushed me to kill my madam,” Akpan told reporters after being paraded by the Ondo state police command in Akure.

” l received information from my town boy Goodness that my madam has been keeping a lot of money in the house. He told me to kill her so that we can steal the money and run away.”

According to Akpan after he killed his madam, he did not find any huge money in the house. Akpan and Goodness are currently in police custody
