BREAKING: New spokesman of Zone 2 Police Command resumes

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that on November 30, Egbetokun redeployed six Police Public Relations Officers, including Ayuba, to various state commands and formations.

The redeployment was aimed at bolstering community engagement and communication within the police force.

The officers are assigned as follows: SP Ayuba Tunni, PPRO Zone 2, Lagos; SP Hauwa Idris Adamu, designated to Police Cooperative; and DSP Ejire Adetoun Adeyemi, posted to Kwara State.

Others are ASP Unah Echefunachi, appointed as PPRO Ebonyi State; ASP Rufa’i Ahmed, assigned to Sokoto State; and ASP Musa Mohammed, deployed to Bayelsa State.

Ayuba, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, was enlisted into the Force as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police in 2010.

She has attended several professional courses in Nigeria and abroad, including various Public Relations related courses.

She took over as the Zone 2 PPRO from SP Hauwa Idris-Adamu, now at Cooperative Command.

Ayuba has served in various capacities such as Force CID Annex, Kaduna; Special Fraud Unit, Milverton Ikoyi, Lagos; and Unit Commander and Special Protection Unit, Base 2, Lagos.

She also attended several courses such as Criminal Justice Executive Course, Police Middle Management Course, Human Right Base and Gender Sensitive Policing, Awareness on SEA and Gender Mainstreaming MLAILPKC.
