According to the letter, the clerk said the three member assembly loyal to Governor Sim Fubara, that is, the new speaker, Hon. Victor Oko Jumbo and his other members, namely, Hon. Sokari Goodboy Sokari and Hon. Adolphus Orubimie Timothy were suspended on the 30th of October 2023 and they cannot lay claim to be officers of the House.
