Tony Okocha made this known during an interview on Arise Television where he was discussing the reasons behind the defection of 27 lawmakers from PDP into the APC in Rivers State. During the interview, Tony Okocha said, “there is a grand design created and supported by the executive in the state wherein four house of assembly members wants to Lord over 27 members.”
“Mathematically, it is wrong. We have gone past the era when 16 was greater than 19. I am sure you remember that. These are the thing that has led to the decamping of 27 house of assembly members who were initially with the PDP.”
