Wash Your Feet Every Day

The only thing you have to do is clean them well with warm water and mild soap. Take care of your feet by soaking them in warm water or dipping them under running water. Clean your feet vigorously using a loofah and some liquid soap or shower gel. By doing this, you can avoid a lot of fungi and other diseases as well. After washing your feet, wipe them dry with a soft towel before using a thick cloth to gently massage away any dead skin cells.

Use pumice stone for dead skin removal

   

You may assist get rid of calluses and dead skin from your feet by using a pumice stone. You might also give your feet a 10-minute bath in warm water to soften them. Along with being softer and supple, your skin also benefits in several other ways from this. Additionally, raw glycerine offers prompt relief for dryness in the foot and cracked heels.

You can apply a mix of glycerine and rose water on your feet if you desire smoother, softer feet. The glycerin keeps moisturised and softens the skin, while the rose water calms any irritation.

Moisturise feet while still damp

To get the most out of your foot lotion, moisturise the skin while it’s still damp. Ensure your feet are soft by massaging them with a gentle foot lotion that doesn’t contain harsh ingredients. In addition to being moisturised, your feet will also be soothed after being soaked in hot water.

Olive or coconut oil application

Applying olive or coconut oil is another natural moisturiser for softer and smoother feet. Whether you choose coconut or olive oil, both are excellent skin moisturisers that leave your feet soft and smooth. Simply put some oil in your hand and gently massage your feet for 20 to 25 minutes in a circular motion. Using these oil tips for application on alternate days before bed may be more effective.
