Before going to the main article, let’s know why I had sleep problems? If this matches your problem, you are more likely to benefit from my writing. I had a HUGE back pain. is still there I have suffered from this for a long time. But the situation is somewhat under control now. I also had the habit of staying up late studying, watching movies, working. Basically working nights is a normal process for the profession I am in.

I live in Bangladesh. But most of my clients are based in North America. You know that the time zone of North America is almost opposite to that of South Asia. So I have to work nights to maintain the time of my clients.

Adequate sleep is very important for mental and physical health. You will be surprised to know that almost thirty percent of people in this world suffer from insomnia. Fifty percent of elderly and pregnant people suffer from sleep problems. Nowadays, young and middle-aged people often suffer from insomnia due to technological and work-related reasons.

Even when sleep does not come. When you can’t sleep even when you are lying in bed. Or even if you sleep, you wake up after a while and do not get back to sleep, then that situation is called insomnia.

Insomnia is usually of several types like as

All of a sudden no sleep at night.

Regular sleep disturbances for various reasons.

Repeated waking up even after sleeping and not getting back to sleep.

Drug use Insomnia can also be caused by various physical and psychological reasons.

Those who smoke before going to sleep should get rid of this habit. It is best to quit smoking, that is the best in health.

Yoga exercises also play a positive role in our sleep. Apart from controlling stress levels, improving health and brain development, it also improves sleep patterns.

Do breathing exercises for at least 15–20 minutes every day. You can practice more slowly if you want. It will increase your attention span a lot.

Walking and doing house chores ease your muscle and make it easier to fall asleep right after you go to bed.

Sun bathing might also help you to increase your Sleep as it helps getting Vitamin D and burn bad fat.

Taking magnesium supplements can improve your sleep. It is also helpful for healthy sleep. You should consult doctor before taking any medicinal element as I am no Doctor.

Blue light emitted from smartphones and other devices increases sleep problems. So stay away from these before going to sleep. Also, turn off the bedroom lights, this will help create your sleep environment.

If you consume a lot of tea, coffee or rich food before going to sleep, it can be harmful for sleep. So be careful about eating at least a few hours before your bedtime. And drink enough water throughout the day.

If you want to sleep well, you need to choose a quiet place. After that, the direct al should not come there. Extra light keeps your subconscious mind alert.

If you don’t get enough or less sleep, the problem of high blood pressure can increase. Hormonal balance of the body may be disturbed. Problems like high blood pressure, hypertension may increase. According to doctors, the ‘living organisms’ of the human body cannot function properly if there is not enough sleep on a regular basis.

Abnormal breathing during sleep is called sleep apnea. It can be a problem with your normal breathing process due to various physical problems.

In people with obstructive sleep apnea, there are areas of obstruction centered around the airway — which must then be identified and removed.
