General Requirements for the NHIS Recruitment

To be eligible for full-time employment, here are the key requirements to keep in mind:

Demonstrated good behaviour and composure
Willingness to adapt to new work environments
Possession of a valid means of identification, such as a driver’s license, National Identification Card, International passport, Voters card, or NIN Number
Strong teamwork skills
NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
Current practice license from the relevant Regulatory Council
Full registration with the appropriate Regulatory Council
For higher positions, a post-graduate qualification in public health, family medicine, health planning, or management is advantageous
For specific roles like Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, and Laboratory Science, relevant qualifications recognized by the respective councils are necessary
Experience and skills in healthcare services and facilities monitoring and evaluation are preferred
Depending on the position, specific years of experience may be required beyond entry-level.

Prepare an application letter with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Photocopy your certificates.
Clearly write the Application/State Code on the envelope.
