Investigations into the incident have unveiled a chilling narrative, implicating Private Mohammed Adamu as both the perpetrator and former lover of the deceased, identified as Miss Hauwa. Both individuals hailed from the same town in the Biu local government area of Borno state.
Sources close to the investigation disclosed that Private Mohammed Adamu facilitated Miss Hauwa’s journey to Enugu and subsequently committed the heinous crime upon her arrival.
