1. Aloe Vera plants are air purifier

Research was conducted on Aloe Vera plant in 1980. It was found that Aloe Vera plants are natural air purifier. From our home’s painted walls, a compound called VOC (volatile organic compound) is released. This compound is bad for both our health and the surrounding Air. Aloe Vera plant helps in absorption of this compound and prevent the impact of this compound.

2. Aloe Vera produces more oxygen than other plants

Actually, most of the plants produce oxygen in the presence of sunlight. It means they only produce oxygen at daytime. But Aloe Vera plant has the ability of producing oxygen at night as well. That’s why, in compare to other plants, they provide more oxygen to the environment.

3. Aloe Vera contains a lot of water

Aloe Vera is a succulent plant, means they are juicy and tender because they contain a huge quantity of water content. The Aloe Vera plant contains About 98% of water and 2% other important nutrients such as carbohydrates, Amino acid, vitamin etc. And due to these nutrients, Aloe Vera is called a wonder plant.

4. Aloe Vera is good for animals health too

Humans are already aware of Aloe Vera’s benefits, but not only human, it is also beneficial for animals health too. By rubbing Aloe Vera on the skin of animals prevent them from skin infection, and it also keeps the insects and other irritating flies away from them.

5. Aloe Vera can grow without soil

We can’t imagine a plant growing without soil, but Aloe Vera has the ability to grow without soil. Soil may not be an important factor for Aloe Vera to grow. Some species of Aloe Vera are grown only in water without soil.

6. Aloe Vera can be used as food preservatives

An experiment was conducted in Spain which proved that Aloe Vera is an excellent food preservative. In this experiment, a bunch of grape was taken in bowl and put in refrigerator with Aloe Vera gel and another bunch of grapes is put without Aloe Vera. After seven days, it was found that the grapes that were kept without Aloe Vera were roasted and the grapes with Aloe Vera were still fresh, and they remained fresh for the next 35 day.

7. Aloe Vera helps to reduce sunburn

Due to global warming, the temperature of earth is increasing every year. In this condition, sunburn is become a common problem in human. Aloe Vera has a natural repairing and cooling properties. It helps to provide relief in case of sun burn problem.

Aloe Vera provide enormous health benefits to all living organisms. Maybe this is the reason that Aloe Vera is being used from a long before since ancient time. Yes, not we, but the benefits of Aloe Vera’s were discovered by our ancestors. Aloe Vera is a long lived plant because it contains 96% of water which enables it to survive arid regions. It is estimated that Aloe Vera can survive up to 12 years. Aloe Vera plant is also called “nature’s tonic”.
