As reported in an interview with The Punch News, Gafar Afolarin said, “At midnight, the nurse called me and asked me to pray for her, noting that they had tried everything they could to save her.
They said her condition was critical. They then asked me to leave the room. After about five minutes, they called me back to inform me that my wife had died.
When the doctor said my wife had died, I cried bitterly. I felt broken. It felt like everything in my life had stopped working.
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. It was a shock that hit me hard, making me feel numb and unable to think straight.
