He said although INEC announced that APC’s candidate, Bola Tinubu won the election in Rivers, he (Inko-Tariah) is convinced that the person who truly won the highest number of votes in the state is Peter Obi.
About 8:50 minutes into a video shared on YouTube, Inko-Tariah said “I still have the conviction that Tinubu did not win Rivers State but because INEC has announced him as the winner, it is now left for the court to either confirm or dismiss.
