In her words, ““Until a lioness tells her story, every hunter will continue to be a hero. People always take quiet, non-problematic people as fools. However, I think it is time for me to start talking.
One thing I can tell you for a fact, however, is that things are never as they seem. I only had fun twice last year, and one of those times is the video. I agreed to it because he started recording after the fun. He doesn’t live in Nigeria, but he put in a lot of work to earn my trust over the years, I mean, a lot. So much so that we were already working towards a house, marriage, and all.
That is why I had to break up with him last year when I started experiencing communication challenges with him. I put my entire life on pause when I’m dating someone. I’ve made many sacrifices, turned down numerous dating offers, spent 90% of my adult life sleeping alone, choosing to be alone. I didn’t want to have an ugly video hanging over my head, especially considering it happened when I was ill.
And to address those who believed a foolish narrative that the video was released by me (because I didn’t point fingers, trash talk, or blame anyone, and instead, stayed quiet to end it quickly), I honestly don’t know what to tell you. The rest of my thoughts are in my slides.
