Senator Dino Melaye, Deputy Director-General of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Campaign Council, has alleged that the APC plans to prevent the ADC presidential campaign team from flying to Sokoto State for its campaign flag-off on Wednesday
In an interview with Arise TV, Melaye said the ADC presidential campaign council received intelligence that the APC intends to stop their aircraft from taking off at the airport. He said the ADC is waiting to see how the alleged plan would be carried out
In Melaye’s words: “As I am speaking with you we have received intel that APC is going to stop our planes from flying on our way to Sokoto on Wednesday, that they would not allow our planes to take off at the airport. But we are laughing because we are waiting to know how they want to do it. This country belongs to all of us, we are not aliens, we are Nigerians”
