According to him, the victory belongs to the poor people of Kebbi state masses and the indigents who gave him the mandate after it was cut short with the inconclusive declaration on March, the 18th,2023, though it was not the time but now it’s time people of the state have spoken through the ballot box.

Idris called on the opposition to come join him to rebuild the state as he hit the ground running on May 29th,2023 ” henceforth our state capital Birnin Kebbi will no longer look like a glorified local government we shall give it’s deserving look he said.
He pledged to redesign the security architecture of the state to ensure every citizen of Kebbi sleeps with his two eyes closed even as he decried the security situation at the southern part of the state he said it is the responsibility of every responsible government to give security to lives and properties of his people.
He further said that his government will evolve a policy in education from primary to tertiary institutions in the state where teachers will be equipped with tools and capacity building to make sure they get their rewards here and hereafter.
He stressed that none partisanship of the security agencies in the state and nuetrality of INEC was the reason he was declared winner under a peaceful environment he therefore urged them to sustain the drive to guarantee the nation’s sustainable democracy.
A roboost agricultural revolution is under way to give farmers a sense of belonging by early distribution of farming aids to create millionaires through farming “my heart goes to artisans,barrowers pushers and menial jobbers who strives under the scorching sun to earn livelihood we will give meaning to their lives by making them feel the positive impact of governance he said.
