One of the legal representatives of the Action People’s Party, APP, Agu Esq has revealed what his team said after they were asked about what they want to be done to the respondents in their petition ( Tinubu and APC)
Agu, while speaking during an interview, after the court session said they told the court to tell Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC to concede defeat considering the weight of the allegations leveled against them
He said “What we had in court today is just the Pre Hearing session. We made an application for form TF 008 and in the application, some questions were asked and we answered them. One of the questions that triggered the court was the answer I gave to question 8.
The question was what would I want the Tribunal to do? and I replied that the court should tell the respondents to concede to defeat considering the weight of the allegation leveled against them…..CONTINUE READING
