For the most part of 2023 to 2024, the naira has faced a serious devaluation with the dollar skyrocketing in exchange rates. The economy became very difficult, with a very high the standard of living.
This month, the naira began a slow rise to regaining its lost value, but to everyone’s surprise, the price of items refused to drop.
Looking at the current situation, Nkechi Blessing asked why bloggers fail to update the public about the naira rise and why the prices of goods refused to return to normal prices before the saga.
According to her, traders are to be partly blamed for the problems the country is facing due to their greed in profiting more than necessary.
