According to Nelson, “Women appreciate good sex just like anyone else.” When they find a man or woman who turns them on, women cheat.” She adds that it is incorrect to believe that men cheat for sex and women cheat for emotion.
Although men are still more likely to cheat for sexual variety, a recent study in the Journal of Sex Research1 found that it is still one of the top three reasons women cheat.
According to the same study. Another of the most common reasons women cheat is that they have broken up with their current partner psychologically.
A woman who is dissatisfied in her relationship may be more likely to cheat, even if the love is still present. They may believe that cheating will provide them with something that their current relationship does not, whether it is due to anger, domestic, financial, or family issues — the list goes on and on.
Nelson asserts,
Excitement on the other side can be a distraction and a temptation that is too great to resist when there is tension or boredom at home.
