During the visit, emotions were stirred by Mr Obi’s speech which described how traumatic it is to lose a 13-year-old girl.
A video shows the moment the likes of Aisha Yesufu, a human rights’ activist, among others shed a tear in Nabeeha’s house while Mr Obi was speaking.
In the video, Mr Obi sympathized with Nabeeha’s family while urging the federal government to put an end to insecurity.

Meanwhile, men of the Nigeria Police Force said they have recorded another success in their war against insecurity in the country and have arrested a notorious kidnapper identified as Bello Mohammed, 28, who confessed to killing Nabeeha.
Police reports say he was arrested on 20th January 2024 during a raid on a hotel in Tafa Area, Kaduna, where he lodged.
A statement released by the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, Muyiwa Adejobi, says the sum of N2.25m (Two Million, two hundred and fifty thousand naira) suspected to be proceeds of the ransom he collected from the kidnap incident was recovered from him.
