Furthermore, Alhaji Asari revealed that he is one of the people who have taken bullets for Tinubu in the past, and as such, he is insisting that the senate presidency should go to the southeast region. He believes that this is the right thing to do, and that it will help to promote unity and inclusiveness in the country.
Alhaji Asari Mujahid Dokubo said, “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, you are not making appointments in the best direction because you have totally left the southeast out.” He added, “leaving out the South-East is not something good for us.”
Again, Alhaji Asari Mujahid Dokubo made a claim saying, “currently, some of those who are aiming to cause problem in the country are from the southeast. For this reason, we need a pillar there. The pillar will serve as our rallying point in that region.”
Alhaji Asari Mujahid Dokubo recently went live on Facebook to discuss the recent appointments made by Nigeria’s president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. During the live stream, Alhaji Asari expressed his concern about the appointments made by Tinubu, stating that they were not made in the best direction as the southeast region was left out entirely.

“if those who are interested in the senate presidency loves Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, they will give up their intention for the good of other people. This is not the time of following personal agenda and fulfilment; it is rather a time we need to make the right decision.”
