There are a few players who have an absolute wand of a left peg. The likes of Mohamed Salah, Erling Haaland and Bukayo Saka are but a few.

However, according to Justin Kluivert, speaking to Fubo, there’s another Arsenal player who has actually got the best left foot in the league.

Kluivert was tasked with building his ‘ultimate’ Premier League footballer made up of a number of attributes.

He picked Adama Traore’s speed and James Ward-Prowse’s right foot, while he namaed Martin Odegaard as the player in the Premier League with the best left foot.

“Right foot?” Kluivert was asked.

“James Ward-Prowse, his right foot is legendary,” Kluivert said.

“Left foot?” Kluivert was asked.

“Martin Odegaard,” Kluivert said.

“Speed?” Kluivert was asked.

“Adama Traore,” Kluivert said.

Kluivert says that Odegaard has the best left foot in the Premier League, and we’re not inclined to disagree.

If there’s anything the Norwegian can’t do with that left peg, we’re yet to figure out what it is.

He’s, of course, a master passer, but his first-touch and his shooting ability is also absolutely incredible.

Odegaard is genuinely one of the best players in the Premier League, and while he’s not the strongest or the fastest, technically, he is incredible.

Yes, the likes of Saka, Haaland and Salah may get more goals and assists, but the way Odegaard can carry and caress the ball with his left foot makes him the more entertaining player to watch.

Whether you support Arsenal or you support one of their rivals, you have to admit that Odegaard is simply a beautiful footballer to watch, and one of the best in the world on his day.
