A Nigerian lady identified as Opeyemi Adetunji has opened up on how she survives in the UK as a wife.
Opeyemi, via TikTok, demonstrated how she cooks different foods in large quantities, portions them into smaller units and stores them in a freezer.
She cooked fried meats, jollof rice and spaghetti, among others then packed the meals into small resealable bags.
Whenever she wants to eat, the lady said she defrosts and heats them and is good to go.
Her showcase stirred mixed reactions as some netizens thought storing such meals in a freezer makes them lose their original taste. A sentiment she disagreed with.
