According to him, Nigeria needs a regional system of government to tackle peculiar challenges as he called on the judiciary to “wake up” and ensure transparency, justice and truth.

The cleric alleged that some judicial officials had allowed themselves to be a tool in the hands of politicians; cautioning them to change from their ways.

Speaking on the 2023 presidential election held on February 25, Pastor Giwa noted that the “even the blind can testify that it was organized in a fraudulent manner as usual”.

“I hope this time around, the judiciary will make history by ordering a fresh election that will determine the future of the country.

“Why can’t we stop making Nigeria a laughing stock? Why is it difficult for the electoral body to organize a transparent election?” he quipped.

He further said that a new presidential election would be a relief to “the good citizens who are angry with the conduct of the exercise”.

Adding that, “Any leader elected in a fraudulent way cannot give the citizens a positive result. Nigerians must not fall in the hands of oppressors again for another eight years,” he added…..CONTINUE READING
