The clash is a must-win for the team if they are to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.
The Leicester City forward believes he and his teammates are ready to face and conquer the South Africans despite the late arrival of some players to the camp.
Iheanacho said: “Obviously we are not yet complete and we are missing a few players, it’s just a little bit of an impact in the training sessions.
“Some of the big sessions that we needed to do we couldn’t because we are not complete.
“It affects the training a little bit but we’ve got almost everybody today and we did a big session which is very, very important.
“Hopefully, everyone will be around tomorrow for us to get the full length of the pitch and training that we need.
“Overall, we have been working really hard and training for a few days now so I think the coaches are doing a great job. We are really fit and ready to go.”
Fifteen Super Eagles players trained for two days before five of them teamed up with the group on Tuesday evening following a delay which was caused by the NLC strike on Monday.
Semi Ajayi, Calvin Bassey, Frank Onyeka, Bright Osayi-Samuel and Paul Onuachu all hit the camp yesterday and have joined their teammates to intensify preparations for the clash.
The trio of Alex Iwobi, Ademola Lookman and Maduka Okoye are yet to join up with the squad with 48 hours to go before the encounter in Uyo.
