They have already spent almost £1bn on new players since taking ownership of the club a couple of years ago, and now they are looking to spend even more this summer to bring more new faces to the club.

As you know, they are building for the future and looking to bring in some of the best young talents in world football, with the latest being Brazilian attacking midfielder Estevao Willian.

And now, according to UOL in Brazil, Chelsea negotiators are in Brazil for Estêvão Willian and will be present at Allianz Parque this Wednesday.

The idea behind this visit is to speed up negotiations with Palmeiras. He wont come cheap though, especially for a 17-year-old, with the value under discussion for the transfer being around 60 million euros (fixed and variable).

Chelsea representatives will be present at Palmeiras’ game against Kendry Páez’s team, Independiente del Valle.

Of course, Paez is another top young rising star that Chelsea have invested a lot of money in recently.
