Other clubs are interested in Estevao

Arsenal, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have all been mentioned as potential suitors for the player.

However, Romano claims that Chelsea “feel in control of the situation”, having already agreed personal terms with Estevao’s representatives.

The 17-year-old came to prominence with his performances at the Under 17 World Cup last year, where he scored 3 goals and provided 3 assists in 5 appearances for Brazil.

Since then, Estevao has made his first-team debut for Palmeiras, having come on as a substitute in the 1-1 draw against Cruzeiro back in early December. He has gone on to make 15 further appearances in the league, the Brazilian Cup and the Copa Libertadores.
