Former Kaduna state governorship candidate, Shehu Sani has taken to social media to criticize the set of Nigerians that are connecting President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory to God unlike when former Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan was declared the winner of the presidential election in 2011. The senator who spoke about such issue through his official Twitter account, stated that when former president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GEJ) won the 2011 presidential election and someone said that power is from God, many people rejected such sermon and also triggered a national protest.

Shehu Sani however, noted that today the same set of people are saying that power is from God.
